RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Orphic Art Revolution Pvt. Ltd., including its divisions, subsidiaries, and brand names operating under Orphic Art Training Center, Revolution Wing, Orphic Architects, and Orphic Interior Designers (collectively referred to as “the Company”).
By making any payment, enrolling in any course, or availing any service, the client/student agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made to the Company are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds or returns shall be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Company.

Verbal assurances or informal communication shall not override this written Policy.
2. TRAINING COURSES & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
(Applicable to Orphic Art Training Center & Revolution Wing)

Course fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of:

Non-attendance
-
Discontinuation of classes
-
Change of schedule
-
Personal, medical, or professional reasons
-

If a student withdraws after enrollment, no refund shall be issued, whether classes have commenced or not.

In case the Company cancels a course due to internal reasons, the refund (if any) shall be:

Limited only to the unused portion of fees
-
Processed within a reasonable period
-
Subject to administrative deductions
-
-
Fees paid under discounts, promotional offers, or special packages are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE & EXECUTION SERVICES
(Applicable to Orphic Architects & Interior Designers)

Design fees, consultancy fees, advance payments, and booking amounts are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If the client cancels the project:

After design initiation → No refund
-
During execution → Client must clear all dues for work completed, materials ordered, labour engaged, and site expenses incurred

Materials once ordered, customized, fabricated, or delivered cannot be returned or refunded.

Any delay or suspension caused due to:
-
Client’s non-payment
-
Design changes
-
Site unavailability
shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.

4. MATERIALS, PRODUCTS & PROCUREMENT

All materials supplied are subject to:

Manufacturer warranties only
-
No return after installation, cutting, or usage
-

Transportation, freight, handling, and loading/unloading charges are non-refundable.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or size due to manufacturing limitations shall not be treated as defects.
5. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

Any approved refund shall be:

Processed through the original mode of payment
-
Completed within 15–30 working days
-
Subject to deduction of applicable taxes, administrative, and processing charges

Cash refunds are not permitted.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for refunds in case of delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Pandemics
-
Labor strikes
-
Supply chain disruptions
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved amicably.

Failing such resolution, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
8. COMPANY RIGHTS
The Company reserves the right to:

Amend this Policy at any time without prior notice

Interpret this Policy at its sole discretion

Refuse refunds where misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of terms is identified
9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By enrolling, making payment, signing an agreement, or availing services, the client/student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.
